Societies day in September is on Tuesday 14th.

The Societies launch their summer programme on Thursday 10th at 6pm in the View. Programme details

Themed weeks and one off events include Wildean Week, NUIG Summer Festival plus Theatre and Societies Multi Media Childrens Summer Camp.

Moving Mindfully Large Acoustic Room organised by the Health Promotion Service
bring your mind and body into balance by practicing physical yoga postures with controlled breathing and meditation. Fee: 6 week course €30 or €6 drop in

Meditation with Moya Roddy Art Gallery(the Quadrangle) organised by the Health Promotion Service
Meditation is about finding inner peace. Each session includes guided meditation, shakra balancing with sound and colour and yoga nidra (body scanning). starting June 17th (€20 for 4 weeks) Thursday at 1:10pm - 2:00pm
