The Treasurers and Secretaries reports must be submitted by March 31st.

Both reports are now created on line. Treasurers make sure you have your finance password and that your accounts are balances include all income, expenditure, correct closing balance and date this. Your accounts are balanced when you get the zero. If you need any help talk to Riona or lasairfhiona in the SocsBox

Secretaries The secretaries report generator is accessed through your society login. To have your report in on time you must press the 'send report to societies officer' button so that it is registered that you have finished working on it. If you need any help contact Ríona, ext 2088 or Helen in the SocsBox. Note you can update calendar events and add in any you omitted in your report generator, make sure to remove duplicates and show any of the interesting descriptions please add all events in the future tense even if they have already taken place. socsofficer@socs.nuigalway.ie

Your reports will form the Societies End of year Book, copies of previous books can be accessed in the handbook section on this site. Please note Societies that are not included in the end of year report have taken a major step towards losing full recognition status and funding will not be made available until said reports have been submitted.
