Freshers Failte fest:
Sunday September 12th
- Socs come up with fun things do do from 2pm - 5.30pm 1- 1.5 hours long e-mail socsofficer'socs.nuigalway.ie with your ideas it is a great way to meet the incoming first years and show what you do and have fun.

Societies Day
Tuesday 14th september
- table booking forms will be available shortly

Socs & Clubs Fair
Wednesday Sept 22nd
- new idea all socs and clubs together in Aras na Mac leinn to get a second chance for new members and also to encourage existing members to resign you cna book a small table or organise an event (one hour max) start thinking and get back to me with plans.

Socs & Clubs Week
20th - 24th September
Plan you rfirst event and get your details into the socsbox to be included in the socs day brochure deadline 6th september, if you dont have a room booker e-mail the socsbox with your room booker nominee, their name and id and e-mail address and we will send them out a room booking form.

Socs & Club Training Weekend
1st-3rd October
A weekend of teambuilding, learning and sharing plus lots of free food.
Friday 1st choose form a number of subsidised team building activities for your committee.
Saturday 2nd Training modules workshops and presentations on all aspects of runing a society or club eg. treasurers managing the money, Secretaries minute taking and correspondance, PR and getting your message out there, Auditors hoe to have a dynamic focused team, How to use all the on line supports, health and safety, Event management etc... lunch and tea preaks provided.
Sunday 3rd Workshops on your specific interests where you get to form think tanks and share ideas and plan for the year on such topics and intervarsities, inter society and club events, themed weeks etc. let me know what session you would like to host or get help with... lunch and tea preaks provided.
Societies & clubs Ball the first of the season in the bailey Allen Hall curtesy of the SU commercial services. check out the BA hall and celebrate with everyone, tickets only available to socs and club committee members who attend training.
