The Bailey Allen Hall and the Foyer are booked through the buildings office.
Societies book on line in your control panel.
The Hub is a common room and can not be booked.

The Dark Room

Rooms booked by the Societies office:

The View*: (First floor) Overlooking the river on the first floor perfect for large meetings holds up to 100.

The Cube/Stage*: (Ground floor) Currently perfect for rehearsals and dance with the option of being two separate spaces or one large one.

The Space*: (First Floor) in the corner of the building above the Cube, this room is perfect for events that need that extra bit of seclusion. Nice view from the wrap-around window. This room has a washable floor and sink. Seats aprox 60.

Art Room*: (First floor) Perfect space for creativity accommodates aprox 20.

Dark Room: (First floor) Photography dark room, accomates 5-6.

Acoustic Rooms*: (large & small Groung floor): specially designed for the aural and orally-minded, these rooms are perfect for rehearsal, or even just getting some peace and quiet! Located next door to the new FlirtFM Studios, they’re also perfect for a spot of amateur recording!
The Large Acoustic room*: is equipped to show movies and seats aprox 70.
Small Acoustic Room*: seats aprox 20max.

Meeting Rooms 1 & 2*: on the first floor of Áras Na Mac Léinn there are a pair of meeting rooms; they can also be restored to a large meeting room when the dividing wall is drawn back.

(* Note there are interim names)

Note: When using rooms please follow the following rules:
1. Please remove all rubbish and leave room as you found it.
2. keep all fire exits clear at all times.

Please note AV equipment is not currently installed in the rooms. There is a minimal amount of furniture in each room please check before your event and make sure that what is in the room is sufficient for your needs. Societies booking the spaces make sure you fill in your requirements on the form. Staff using the space if you have special set up requirements please arrange set up with the buildings office at naomh.cassidy@nuigalway.ie
